1. Introduction

FlexRads LLC (“FlexRads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides radiology coverage services to hospitals, imaging centers, and other healthcare organizations in the United States.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect business contact information when you visit flexrads.com, contact us, book a consultation, or submit your details through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form for FlexRads.

This policy covers website visitors and business inquiries. It does not cover information we handle on behalf of our clients when providing radiology services; that information is governed by our agreements with those clients.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Depending on the form or conversation, this may include:

  • Your name and work email address
  • Your company, hospital, or facility name, and its city and state
  • Your job title
  • Your phone number, where a form requests it
  • Inquiry details, such as the services you are interested in, your current setup, scheduling preferences, and any message you send us

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our analytics and advertising providers may collect:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time on page, clicks, scrolling, and the website or link that referred you
  • Campaign information, such as UTM parameters and ad click identifiers from platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn

See Section 6 for the specific tools we use.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and requests for information
  • Arrange, prepare for, and hold consultations
  • Discuss our radiology coverage services and how they may fit your organization
  • Follow up on your inquiry by email or phone
  • Understand how our website is used and improve it
  • Measure and improve our marketing, including linking an inquiry or booking to the campaign that led to it
  • Protect our website and forms against spam and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

4. LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms

We may run advertisements on LinkedIn that include a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form. These forms are typically pre-filled with information from your LinkedIn profile, such as your name, work email, company, and job title, which you can review and edit before submitting.

When you submit one of our forms, LinkedIn provides the information in that form to FlexRads. We use it to respond to your inquiry, contact you about the services you asked about, and for the other purposes described in this policy.

LinkedIn's own collection and use of your information is governed by the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.

5. Communications

After you contact us, book a consultation, or submit a lead form, we may reach out by email or phone about your inquiry, your scheduled consultation, and related FlexRads services.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by:

  • Using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, where one is provided
  • Replying to any of our emails and asking us to stop
  • Emailing us at info@flexrads.com
  • Telling us during a call

Even after you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send messages needed to complete something you asked for, such as confirming or rescheduling a consultation.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies, pixels, browser storage, and similar technologies. Some are set by us and some by third-party providers. We currently use:

  • Google Tag Manager, which loads several of the tools below
  • Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our website
  • Google Ads, to measure and improve our advertising on Google
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag, to measure the performance of our LinkedIn advertising and to show relevant ads on LinkedIn
  • Meta Pixel, to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram
  • Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with our pages (such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement) to help us improve the website
  • Calendly, our scheduling tool, which loads when you open the booking calendar
  • Cloudflare, which hosts our website and helps protect our forms from spam and abuse

We also store campaign information, such as UTM parameters and ad click identifiers, in your browser so that we can connect a later inquiry or booking to the ad or link that brought you to our website.

The information these tools collect is generally linked to cookie, device, or browser identifiers and may be combined with information the providers already hold about you. Each provider handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of our website, such as the booking calendar, may not work as expected. You can also manage ad preferences with LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

7. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers that help us run our website and manage inquiries, such as website hosting and security, scheduling, email, customer relationship management, and internal communication tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Analytics and advertising providers, including Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft, which receive information about your use of our website through the technologies described in Section 6
  • Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, court order, or government request, or when needed to protect our rights, our users, or others
  • A buyer or successor, if FlexRads is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

8. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep business contact and inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to your inquiry, maintaining our business relationship, and meeting legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you. Information collected by third-party providers is kept according to their own retention practices.

9. Privacy Choices and Requests

Where applicable law provides these rights, you may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Delete your personal information
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave, or stop marketing communications

To make a request, email info@flexrads.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and some information may be kept where the law requires or allows. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for making a request.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. This policy was last updated on October 28, 2026.
